We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

address
phone number
email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
Information provided by you for the purpose of bespoke or personalised Cards or Gifts will be treated in the same way as all other data held, and will comply with the 1998 Data Protection Act.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase, return the item/s in the condition they were recieved with a covering letter stating reason for return, and if possible your order no. You will be given a full refund for the cost of the item/s, no questions asked. You are entitled to by Law a seven Day cooling off period after your purchase, and Handcrafted cards by Sue will honour that right. Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you.

LINKS TO 3RD PARTIES

Any links to other sites, shops or resources are not a direct endorsement unless directly stated. On selecting to visit any links, you are accepting and acknowledging that Handcrafted Cards by Sue are not responsible for the availability of and any content on such websites or resources.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Handcrafted cards by Sue.
If anything you order become out of stock, I will contact you with the options of- A Refund, Choose another item to the same value, or to wait ntil the item is in stock.
Prices and descriptions/photo's are correct at the time of imput. If prices change once an order is placed but before processed, Handcrafted cards by Sue will Honour the lowest price of the two, and give any refunds if required.
Handcrafted cards by Sue reserves the right to remove any item from the shop at anytime, and are not liable to give notice.

PAYMENT

Payments online are required by Paypal and will be debited from your account once the order has been placed and finalised through Paypal. We are not responsible for any charges made to you by your card issuer or bank as a result of our correctly processing your payment through your Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way, Paypal will allow you to imput Credit or Debit Card details to pay. It is Secure, and I do not see your Card details. PayPal have a dispute system that would cover you if you have any problems paying someone this way. I can confirm that PayPal works from my shop, as all the sales I have recieved so far have been paid this way. The alternative for those who do not have Credit/Debit Cards is payment by Cheque. Cheques to be made payable to S Richardson. Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared, and this payment method will need to be stated at checkout.

DELIVERY

All deliveries are sent out via the Post Office, and proof of posting is obtained. Orders are posted 1st class, and the total postage is shown when you order-It is calculated on the total weight of the order and size, so you will never pay more for postage and packaging than it costs to send. All orders will be sent to to delivery address stated when ordering. We are not held responsible if the given delivery address is wrong. However, any errors made by Handcrafted cards by Sue will be corrected and refunds or costs will be available if occured as a result of an error by us.

To better, protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Any Information you give on this site will not be shared with any third party companies or individuals. We accept payments via Pay Pal and your credit card information is encrypted with the most secure 128bit SSL technology. It cannot be seen by anyone on the Internet including us.
