All items are made and posted Monday to Friday (except public/bank holidays).

Greetings cards are despatched with an envelope, in a sealed cellophane wrapper and a board backed envelope within 48 hours of payment receipt/clearing Mon-Fri.

Gift cards are despatched boxed in a bubble wrap envelope and will be posted direct to the recipient. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days before the special date when purchasing.

Non-UK will be posted via Airmail (please ask for prices prior to making payment).

UK customers should expect to receive their purchase(s) within 3-4 days, under normal circumstances, and e-mail confirmation of despatch will be sent. However, please allow up to 14 days before making contact, after checking with your local delivery office.

Please note: Replacements or refunds for items lost in transit will only be permitted if the original items were sent via recorded delivery or special delivery, or international signed for (Non-UK customers). For items sent by general posting, if requested a claim will be initiated on your behalf, or a copy of the proof of posting supplied.

Non-personalised cards only may be returned for a refund of purchase price, providing they have been unused and are returned within 7 days of receipt (proof of postage must be obtained).

Packages damaged in transit may be returned for replacement or full refund subject to a successful claim for damage from the Royal Mail. Please return the complete item including all packaging and allow up to 28 days from return.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
